Position: in Singapore新加坡
Singtel/NCS Group will arrange the immigration paperwork required for the winning candidate and cover the associated costs.
Perform second level technical support upon first level escalation for the various security devices (firewall, NIPS/HIPS, endpoint security, web proxy, database monitoring, website file integrity and server compliance, two-factor authentication, privileged identity management (Cyberark), DLP, etc).
Perform escalation to internal product domain experts and external service providers (3rd party vendors).
Work with 3rd party vendors on incident resolution.
Provide incident reports based on severity.
Perform regular configuration backup and restoration, archival and disaster recovery testing.
Provide remediation of security vulnerabilities.
Create and update device technical documentation.
Update security design documents.
Implement customer approved change requests.
Plan and coordinate device maintenance on necessary software patching and version upgrades (patch management).
Maintain security devices such as firewall, NIPS/HIPS, endpoint security, DLP, web proxy, database monitoring, website file integrity and server compliance, two-factor authentication, privileged identity management, including keeping product patches up-to-date, mitigate security vulnerabilities, etc.
Fine-tune security alerts.
Ensure device security hardening is in place.
Address customer enquiries on product functionalities.
Generate and compile monthly/weekly reports and submit to customers, e.g. NIPS/HIPS threat report/admin activity reports; imperva database monitoring audit reports; tripwire web defacement/compliance reports; RSA SecurID 2FA admin activity and token report; CA SSL certificates expiry report; Cyberark user activity report.
You have a degree in information technology/computer engineering.
You have at least 3 years' work experience in the area of incident, configuration, device and change management.
You have a strong foundation in security technologies.
You have strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
You have effective time management and organizational skills.
You have effective communication skills.
You have experience in vendor management.
You are CISSP certified and/or have other IT security product certification, e.g. ITIL certification.
